Child Sponsorship
Thank you for your interest in child sponsorship. Every child is a gift from God. Each has a special, unique calling from God on their life... There are truck drivers, doctors, artists, lawyers, preachers, teachers, pilots, journalists, and hair stylists in the making. Each child has their own unique story. All are being transformed by God... transformed from their past... transformed from identifying as an orphan... transformed into the likeness of Christ. Through this program, the children's nutrition, education, clothing, and medical expenses are supported giving them the foundation to become all God has called them to be.
Child Sponsorship involves a monthly commitment.
*Full sponsorships are $95/month/child (Level 1).
*Partial sponsorships are also available:
1. $50/month/child for nutrition (Level 2)
2. $35/month/child for education (Level 3)
3. $10/month/child for clothing and medical expenses (Level 4)

Simon Peter, Age 5. It has been a joy to see God working within Simon Peter. God has a plan for his life and is working everything for his good. Simon Peter was scared of us when we first met him in early 2023. In fact, he would not come out of the house! That is no longer the case. He is energetic and loves to play, laugh, and draw. He tries his best to keep up with the bigger kids.

Beverlyn, Age 5. Daughter of Edward and Eversheila. Granddaughter of Momma Beatrice. She loves to sing and dance. As you can tell from the photo, she has a lot of spunk. It is going to be a lot of fun to see Beverlyn's personality blossom.
Idel, Age 6. Idel came to the childrens home in early 2024. She came from an abusive situation and lacked love, security, and peace. God has performed an incredible work within Idel. Today she is happy, plays well with others, and is more secure. Thank you Lord for the transformation you are doing in Idel's life.

Walter, Age 6, is the son of Merci. Grandson of Momma Beatrice. Walter is always smiling and has a kind spirit. He is filled with joy. He is quiet, yet strong. He has a warrior strength. He loves to sing and worship in church oftentimes playing his little guitar with the worship band.
Anna Belle, Age 7.
Daughter of Edward and Eversheila. Sister of Beverly. Granddaughter of Momma Beatrice. You will find Anna performing... dancing, singing, and posing for the camera. Joy radiates from her. Her favorite subject is math. She would like to become a pilot when she grows up.

Samson Age 7
Samson has an infectious smile. He enjoys interacting with people and is a developing soccer star. He is amazing to watch play soccer! He is confident. He enjoys playing with stones and rolling old tires around the childrens home.
Precious, Age 7
Daughter of Josephat and Miriam. Granddaughter of Momma Beatrice. Precious loves to dance and be around where all the action is. She has a slight shyness to her. You will find her playing with the other girls but also holding her own with the boys in a soccer match.
Hadji, Age 11
Hadj has a fun sense of humor and enjoys interacting with everyone. His love language has to be physical touch. He sits close to me at dinner and enjoys having my arm around him. I can still hear his response when I tell him that I love him... "I love you too". It will be exciting to see how God uses him for His kingdom.

Millicent, Age 11
Milicent is shy. Her voice is very soft. She is absolutely beautiful. There is an incredible depth to her eyes. She loves to sing. When asked what she likes about the childrens home, she responded, "You give us a better life." Her favorite subject in school is religion.

Sherry is always happy with a big smile. She has a big personality and loves worshipping our Lord. She enjoys dancing. She is normally the first one up in the morning and has a worship song on her lips. She enjoys helping in taking care of the younger girls.
Bivon, Age 12.
Bivon is quiet, athletic, creative, and artistic. He helps a lot around the children's home. He has a quiet strength and confidence about him. His favorite subject in school is mathematics. He would like to become a pilot.

Miriam, Age 12.
Miriam loves to sing and has a beautiful voice. She always has a warm smile and enjoys helping with chores. She has a servants heart and helps Momma Beatrice/ other adults feed others first and makes sure everyone has what they need.
Marianne, Age 12.
Marianne captures your heart instantly. She loves to read. She is shy and speaks very softly. She has a gentle spirit. She has a beautiful smile and enjoys spending time and connecting with others .
Giran, Age 12.
Giran enjoys reading, running, and playing soccer. He also loves to sing but doesn't want anyone to know it! His shyness causes him to take a little while to warm up but when he does, you have a buddy for life. He wants to become a driver of big trucks and drive all over Africa. He reports that his favorite food is ughali and coca-cola!
Sixtus, Age 11.
He is quiet and shy but always thinking. He is smart and creative. He loves drawing and is very gifted. His shy smirt will draw you in.
Wellington, Age 13
Wellington came to the children's home Dec 2023 and was living on the streets. He has quickly formed friendships with Julius and Bramuel. He enjoys reading storybooks and playing soccer. Wellington has the biggest heart and gives the biggest hugs! He wants to become an international airline pilot.

Alice, Age 13
Alice's favorite subject in school in Science. She wants to become a teacher one day. Her favorite subject in school is integrated science. She loves to play soccer and is awesome at jumping rope. Her common response is, "Praise God!"
When asked what she likes most about Promise Home, she responded, "We love life at Promise Home."
Jenny, Age 14
Jenny has been living at the childrens home since late 2024. Her home life was difficult. Reunification with family is always the goal but until that day comes, we are thankful to provide a place of security and healing to Jenny. She would like to become a pediatric nurse and enjoys drawing and reading. Her favorite foods are chapati and pizza. Kenyan chapati is the best!
Melvin, Age 15
Her favorite subject in school is religion. She enjoys helping wash dishes and clean the childrens home. She would like to become a nurse. Her favorite thing about the children's home is all the other kids.
Merry Lynn, Age 15
Merry Lynn was accepted into the National School for girls! This is a HUGE opportunity and honor. She often reads to and teaches the younger children, putting her motherly instincts into practice.
Bramuel, Age 15
Bramuel is a leader, very athletic, and a hard worker. He is an excellent soccer player and would like to play professionally some day. He loves praying for others.

John Mark, Age 15.
John Mark likes to look nice and be put together. He likes to look after the home and picks up the grounds, making sure it is clean. He enjoys social studies in school and would like to become a lawyer. When asked what he likes about the childrens home, he responded, "Thank you for taking care of us."

Davis, Age 15
Davis is an incredible artist and loves to draw churches and homes... future architect? His drawings are incredibly detailed.
Mishel, Age 15, is one of the oldest girls in the children's home. She enjoys playing volleyball as well as helping others. She would like to study journalism in college. God is healing Mishel's heart from a difficult background. We thank God that in Him there is wholeness and peace.
Julius, Age 16
Julius is quiet, servant leader among the children. He has a caring/ giving heart. He see's a need and take care of it without being asked. He loves others with ALL his heart. His smile is infectious and constant.

Lavender, Age 16
Lavender's home life was difficult. We are praying for healing within her family but are thankful she has found peace, comfort, and safety within Promise Home. Her eyesight is bad. She has issues with her vision and is in need of a cornea transplant. She wants to become a journalist and enjoys social studies and religion class.

Barack, Age 17
Barack came to the children's home in early 2025. His home life was difficult. His mom has passed and his dad has turned to alcohol in his grief. Barrack has so much love to give. He is a tremendous help around the childrens home, helping out wherever needed. His heart is tender and caring. His favorite subject in school in chemistry. He desires to be a surgeon. When asked his favorite thing about Promise Home, he responded "We are together, loyal, and love each other."

Jackson, Age 18
Jackson has been diagnosed with Sickle Cell. Most of his life he went without treatment but he has been receiving treatment for the 2 years. Praise God! He graduates high school at the end of 2026 and would like to become a doctor... possibility helping others struggling with Sickle Cell.
